Shipping: Our standard shipping is UPS within the 48 contiguous states. Please give a street address as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please inform us in the "Comment Box" if a PO Box is the only delivery option.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours and are sent by regular
UPS Ground Service, which means they will be delivered in
1–5 days depending on where you are located in the U.S.

Shipping and Returns

If order is received before 2 p.m., it will be shipped the same day. Orders are shipped UPS and should be received 1–7 days after shipping depending on your location.

If an order is damaged, we will replace it. A full refund will be credited to your account on any unopened teas.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Refunds will only be given on damaged merchandise and only when a replacement is unavailable, and only after customer has first contacted VT Made Richard’s Sauces at 802-524-3196 within 48 hours of receiving merchandise. Authorized returns to VT Made Richard’s Sauces for any reason other than damage, will be issued as a full refund in the form of an in-store credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges on all non-damaged items.

If an item is damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping, and we will get the correct item to you at no extra cost.

All returns or packages we are not notified of within 48 hours of receiving will not be accepted. Please call us first to make arrangements.

Damaged Deliveries

If your shipment arrives damaged, refuse delivery and call us. In this rare event, we will ship a replacement unit at no additional cost to you and we will be responsible for all shipping claims. If you cancel your order due to a damaged shipment, and you do not allow us to ship a replacement to you at no additional cost, we will file the shipping claim on your behalf and credit your account once we receive reimbursement from the shipping company. This process typically takes 45–60 days.
